ISOW interns (2018-2020 traveled to New York City to attend a migration Symposium at Columbia University organized by the Migration Working Group at Columbia’s Schools of International Public Affairs (SIPA)

The symposium was organized around two action-oriented workshop sessions where there were many points of intense discussion and debate amongst participants over what representation in Migration work means, and how it should be improved. At the end, groups presented their ideas to UN staff.
